A group of summer-loving kids are lured all the way across our country, as 'Kings and Queens' by 30 Seconds to Mars soars in the background of the new Sunkist commercial entitled 'Coast to Coast.' The song comes from the band's 2009 album 'This is War.'
Guitarist, lead singer (and part-time Hollywood actor) Jared Leto told Billboard magazine the song came to him in a rush: "I had written a verse right as we were going to the airport- I literally almost missed the flight because I picked up the guitar and this song came out. You have that moment of discovery that's exciting." The grandiose, wordless "whoooaa-ohhh-ohh" chorus of the tune was also recently featured in a commercial for Budweiser.
