Jared Leto’s band Thirty Seconds To Mars follow up Best Rock Video VMA with new single Search & Destroy, UK arena tour and This Is War deluxe edition featuring Kanye West.
Thirty Seconds To Mars scooped Best Rock Video at last week’s MTV Video Music Awards for the track Kings & Queens.
Accelerating relentlessly towards rock’s premier leagues, 2010 has already seen Thirty Seconds To Mars complete a sold-out UK arena tour and perform a celebratory headline slot at the Download festival’s second stage. Their progress continues through to the year’s close with the release of the anthemic new single Search & Destroy on October 25th, a deluxe edition of their current global hit album This is War on November 15th and their second full UK arena tour of the year.
The deluxe edition of This is War adds a new version of the track Hurricane that features Kanye West, plus interpretations of Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance and West’s Stronger that were originally recorded for the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. In addition, it will also be packaged with a DVD which includes videos for Kings & Queens and Closer To The Edge as well as exclusive behind the scenes footage.
Recently boosted with the addition of three extra shows due to phenomenal public demand, Thirty Seconds To Mars’ upcoming tour will see the band play to an audience of over 50,000 people. Support comes from Enter Shikari and Funeral Party:
