What about you Jared? What changed in your life?
Jared: I didn’t change. The world around me changes constantly. In any case we become more famous in last three years.
Shannon: Really? For me – absolutely.
Jared: Could we have a concert in Slovakia?
Sure!
Jared: How many people would come to see us?
Hmm, maybe 4000.
Jared: Really? That’s not much. We’ll never come! But I would move to Slovakia if I could live there. (Redactor’s remark: I gave to Jared a book about Slovakia. You can see him browse it during the interview.)
Ok, let’s move on. You become a very popular. Do you have some special wishes?
Shannon: I never cared about popularity. We’re just a people who love their job. We love making music and express ourselves thru that.
Tomo: We don’t feel that in this way. I know, there are much more people around us now, more photographing, but we feel the same way as before.

So it means that you’re still the same people as before?
Tomo: Definitely.
What is important for you in your lives?
Shannon: Sincerity, truth and fairness for all. Important is to do what you love and do not let someone to telling you what to do.
Tomo: Exactly. You have to follow your dreams. Than you do the right things.
And what about you Jared?
Jared: You are important for me.
Thanks. Let’s go back to your new CD. It’s not just a CD for me. It’s something like a wonderful painting or magnificent sculpture…
Jared: You probably have the same feelings as we did through the preparing
of this album. These songs are more than sound recordings.
How do you exactly writing that wonderful lyrics?
Jared: It’s difficult to describe. It’s kind of magic. Anything happens and there it is. Maybe I’m sort of canal by which flows that words.
It sounds like a miracle.
Jared: Yes, there is a bit of miracle. I’m self-taught person, but we have something special and we’re very grateful for that. We’re thankful to people that they response that well. It’s a beautiful gift.
In one interview you said that The Fantasy is your most favorite song. Is it still true?
Jared: I love this song really much but there is a lot of new songs now which I enjoying to play as a Night Of The Hunter or Closer To The Edge.
Tomo: This Is War is great to play live and Search And Destroy too.
Shannon: I agree with guys. And I love Vox Populi.
You’re on a long tour. Do you miss your home?
Tomo: I missed home a little bit today, because I’m missing Californian sun. (laugh…)
What the home mean to you? Where do you feel home?
Jared: Slovakia.
Shannon: I feel home on stage.
Tomo: Yes, exactly. There I feel the most normally.
Jared, your surname in my language means summer. Do you love summer?
Jared: We bring summer everywhere we come to. I love summer.
