Murrow and U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin, especially relating to the anti-Communist Senator's actions with the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations. Album of the Week The Smiths The debut self-titled album by English alternative rock band The Smiths was released on February 20, 1984. It established them as a prominent band in the 1980s music scene in the United Kingdom.
